Dr. Amy Baker

Amy is the ministry resource director at Faith Ministries. She has been on the counseling staff at Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries for over twenty years.  Amy is ACBC certified; Biblical Counseling Coalition council board member; instructor and counselor at Faith Biblical Counseling Ministries; Vision of Hope residential treatment center board member; B.A., Psychology, Hanover College; Ph.D., Organizational Psychology, Purdue University.  She is the author of Getting to the Heart of Friendships; Picture Perfect; Relief without Cutting; Managing Your Emotions; and several other works.

Dr. Kevin Carson

Kevin serves as pastor of Sonrise Baptist Church in Ozark, MO, and also serves as professor and department chair of Biblical Counseling at Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO. Kevin earned his M.Div. from Baptist Bible Graduate School, Springfield, MO, and his D.Min. from Westminster Theological Seminary. He is ACBC certified and travels with ACBC as a teacher/trainer. Kevin also serves as an adjunct faculty member at several institutions.

Dr. Jeremy Pierre

Dr. Pierre serves as Dean of Students and directs the Ph.D. program in Biblical Counseling at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Dr. Pierre is co-author of The Pastor and Counseling (Crossway, 2015) and author of The Dynamic Heart in Daily Life: Counseling from a Theology of Human Experience (New Growth Press, forthcoming). He has contributed to various books, including Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling and Scripture and Counseling. His writing has been featured in Tabletalk Magazine, Baptist Press, and the Gospel Coalition. He currently serves as a pastor at Clifton Baptist Church and speaks at various engagements in the U.S. and overseas. He is also a council member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He and his wife, Sarah, raise their five children in Louisville, KY.

Dr. Stuart Scott

Stuart Scott teaches in the graduate program of biblical counseling at The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, CA. He has over thirty-five years of experience in counseling and pastoral ministry. He is the membership director and a Fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Stuart is an author as well and is married to his wife Zondra and they have two grown children and two grandchildren.  Stuart is a Fellow and Member of the Board of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). He is the author of several books including The Exemplary Husband, From Pride to Humility: A Biblical Perspective, and The Faithful Parent: A Biblical Guide to Raising a Family.
