Interactive Focus Groups

The BCA invites you to the Interactive Focus Group!

Biblical Expectation:

Proverb 27:17, “As Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”

The interactive focus groups hope to provide a two dimensional approach for sharpening each other:

The first portion of the instructional time is geared toward examining a subject/topic biblically.
This time will take place through a 45-minute engaging teaching format.

- After a short break we shift gears to the interactive dimension of the evening.
- The interactive groups will last 45-minutes as well.
- Each group will be led by a team from the BCA regional board to aid in maintaining the focus of the topic.
- This will also allow you to be introduced to others who are actively engaged in discipleship/counseling in different ministries in the area.

The first four months is open to everyone to come and enjoy.  After this period, the cost is only $5 for individuals not holding a Level 2, 3, or 4 membership to the BCA.

The interactive focus groups will be meeting one time a month on a friday evening.  As Proverbs 27:17 says, “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” Being part of a group of people learning to grow and change for the glory of God is exciting. The interactive focus groups will combine biblical instruction on particular topics with interactive breakout groups that will highlight the topic presented that evening. Each participant will be able to choose their interaction level. Some may want to listen, while others want to engage. No matter what you choose, the instruction and interaction will help you grow in your walk with Christ.  The focus groups will also provide an environment where mentorship and friendships are forged. The BCA desires to initiate relationships where dependence on God is paramount and prayer for each other is necessary.
